So the craziest thing happened! My Mom and I were sitting in the hot tube and I saw something jump on top of the fence and then jump in my yard. It walked over to the pool and started drinking. I asked my mom if that was a cat and just then it turned sideways and you could see that it was a racoon! Just then he ran over toward the garage and on the way he crossed paths with one of my cats! I started screaming! I was saying "get out of here!" Mike heard the comotion from inside and opened the window and asked what was going on. I told him that there was a racoon in the yard and he was going to get my cats! He didn't believe us at first until he saw him. He started laughing and said that is just a baby. By the end of the night we were feeding him a little food. It turned out to be a lot of fun!

Today we went to the boardwalk. We had so much fun. My Mom is in town for the week and we wanted to show her around. Things have been good down here. Not too much to report other than I traded in my truck. It was so hard to drive down here. Houston is definitely designed for small cars. It is good though because we got a S.U.V. It will be much easier for when family comes down since it seats seven. We hope that everyone is doing good. We love and miss you all!

We painted Raely's room and it turned out so cute! I was originally all white with lots of nail holes. So we patched them and painted it green and pink. I totally spaced taking before and after pics. But as you can see it turned out really cute. We hope all is doing well!

We made it! We are finally in Houston. That was a very stressful move. I love my new house. It is just to hot though. It was a very long drive with three cats and a two year old. Don't want to do that again. There was one nice part though. We were able to stop in Dallas and have dinner with my cousin Erik and his wonderful little family. I had not seen him in almost 10 years so that was nice. The pool has been a dream. I know that I don't have any pics of it yet. That is the last thing I have thought about while swimming. I promise soon though. I hope that everyone is doing well. We love and miss you all!

Updates!!! We have had a busy month! As most of you know we sold the house. We have already found a new one in Houston. It is so nice . We even have a pool! We close on our house in Casper on August 10th and then on the new house on the 13th. I am already feeling a bit overwhelmed. I know though that it will all be done soon. Luckily we are getting a moving company for this move. Since we are moving this soon, we will be going to Minnesota in October for a wedding. I don't think that we will make it back to Vernal until spring though. If anyone wants to get away from winter we will have room at our house! We hope that all is doing well.
